Paul Moch, CEO of Camino21, gave a keynote lecture on "Innovation and Advances in University Teaching" at the "First Positions and Gold Talent" teaching awards ceremony at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) in Lima, Peru.

The Camino21 team offered an event on Trends in Higher Education - Expanding the Frontiers of Learning through AI (Chat GPT), Gamification, and Learning Analytics, aimed at university faculty and administrators. The event took place at our partner NEXUM's facilities at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

Workshops on "Creativity by Design" were given by Rose Gaya and Malú Ruiz, Learning Designers from Camino21 at the Deeper Learning Conference at High Tech High, San Diego, USA. We lead learning experiences for educators around the world, driving together strategies to achieve Deeper Learning in our classrooms.

We presented our learnings on Teacher Professional Development in Mexico and Peru in the panel "Higher Education in Latin America and Caribbean: Planning and Progress for Equity" together with Laspau, EDC and FHI 360 to thousands of educators and researchers from around the world. The Podcast #EdUpEspañol premiered the 2023 season with Paul Moch Islas, CEO and co-founder of Camino21 in conversation with Fernando Valenzuela Migoya and Nieves Segovia, who discussed the change of mentality that Camino21 proposes in educational training, among other topics.

We were one of the startups selected by NEXUM PUCP for the ThinkEdu Acceleration Program, the first incubation program specialized in Edtechs and HR-techs organized by Nexum with the support of ProInnóvate Perú that seeks to find and help the next generation of startups focused on education and people development in the region.

We are excited to be selected as one of the startups by Unreasonable Mexico for its acceleration program. Together we seek to continue transforming higher education in Latin America in order to detonate the great potential of our region.

This is an initiative promoted by StartUp Perú and ProInnóvate Perú, where more than 200 companies participated and, out of the 42 that advanced in the process, we came in first place. We are grateful for the support of CIDE - PUCP, the incubation program NEXUM PUCP.

During 2022 we participate in the acceleration program with access to MassChallenge's global network, expert mentoring, access to strategic allies, and more.
